Short breaks from 3-5 nights can also be accommodated, subject to availability.
Please call us to discuss your requirement and short break rate. Sorry but short break nightly rates are not calculated by dividing the weekly rate.
Returning guests automatically qualify for a 10% reduction of all prices including deals.

How to Book 1. Check that the dates you wish to visit us are available from the availability page. 2. Call us on 01663 750372 or email us to confirm availability and make your booking. 3. We will send you immediate confirmation by email and ask you to pay your deposit of 30% of the total holiday price by sending a cheque, BACS or using Paypal. Your email confirmation will contain a link to the Paypal website where you can make a secure payment. You do not need a Paypal account and will not need to disclose your credit/debit card details to anyone other than Paypal. 4. Once we have confirmation from Paypal that the invoice has been paid (usually immediately) then the holiday is secured and we will send you a confirmation in the post. We also ask that you complete the booking form online for our records. 5. Alternatively, if you wish to pay by cheque, then simply follow steps 1 and 2 above to make your booking. We will hold this for 5 days. Then simply print off and complete the booking form form the website and post it to us with your 30% deposit payment. Please make cheques payable to Top Eccles Farm The balance of payment will be due one month before the start of your holiday. We will send you a reminder around this time. Once again you can pay online using Paypal as above or send us a cheque for the balance in the post. If you book with less than a months notice we will generally ask for payment in full We also accept BACS payments. Please just ask if you prefer to pay this way.
